If you're looking for a professional to repair your home dial Mel. I looked through nearly 30 quotes and responses to the job I posted for a carpenter/Builder and after a fair few meetings, with different handymen, builders and carpenters, I got to meet Mel. He was accommodating , which impressed me straight up, as I could only meet people on weekdays after work, he came over at 6.30pm, cheerful and happy, and then got seriously down to inspecting all the work that needed doing and taking measurements.
He was profession, understood instantly what I wanted done and promptly got his dairy out and we settled on a date to commence work.
Mel has been working on my house for the last 4 weeks, he's repaired my ceiling painted the room, removed all the old floor tiles and replaced them with new ones. He is a perfectionist and a professional. His work is superb and perfect, the job he's done has left me speechless!! He's efficient and so polite and well mannered. He is still working on another part of the house, after completing my son's bedroom. If you want a superb job done, I highly recommend Melvin, especially if you are like me, pedantic then, call Melvin.
