"David Shearman is full of promises but delivers nothing. He quoted on the job after supplying me with copies of his Insurance and QBCC Licence. I accepted his quote and arranged for him to start on 5th December. A week before he was to start he sent me a text saying he had to postpone till the 11th December. Came the 11th waited and waited but he was a no show. I rang him.. no answer...texted....no reply. Since then I have been unable to contact him. We are both pensioners and were looking to have our retaining wall replaced and this person has not had the moral fortitude, integrity or just plain guts to explain his actions. If this is how David Shearman treats customers then he will have very few left. David have the guts to ring me and explain why! I have done nothing to offend you so why do you think that you have the right to do so to me?""

"David has been nothing but professional right from the beginning. He took the time to listen to my needs and concerns and provided great advice (all even before we engaged him to do the work). Made time to visit the property and provide a final quotation and carried the work on time. Very prompt communication. The work was top notch and didn't ruin my lawn. They managed to use another access to bring the concrete in so as to not damage my lawn which was one of my biggest concerns. The place was left clean after the work was complete.
