"Damien's work was fine but I was disappointed in the service for two reasons. Firstly, despite ''locking it in'' for a day and time, he cancelled after he was supposed to be here and returned two days later. Secondly, he did not clean anything after doing the small jobs I needed done. These involved drilling to install two towel rails and some other small rails. Also, he turned off appliances in a bathroom and didn't put the power back on when he'd finished. He drew black pen marks on white tiles to position the towel rail and didn't even wipe them off. There were piles of dust on the rails and floor, necessitating me having to get down and wash two floors. I felt the follow up was shoddy. The drilling was done properly but I would not use him again due to not making any attempt at cleaning up."
