Ark 8 Architects

| Preamble |
Ark 8 Architects is a progressive Melbourne-based design studio dedicated to the creative and critical exploration of texture, form and space in an increasingly ecologically-sensitive built environment.

Having worked extensively with many developers and investors, we understand the economics of property development yield, coupled with the need to respond creatively and positively to environmental, planning and contextual parameters. We will work for you and alongside you to achieve project outcomes, on-time and on-budget.

The residential and commercial sector are our strength - from stand-alone houses, townhouses, multi-unit developments to commercial and mixed-use projects. We are able to assist you from early feasibility stages, sketch design, through the planning "minefield", right up to the end of construction completion.

The underlying aim:- Responsible creative design which adds critical value to your investment.

"Kevin is a very innovative and thorough architect. He has an in-depth knowledge of development projects and understood well my tight budgets but still created an excellent design for what we had to work with. I would continue to use Kevin as my architect for future projects."
