"Oh, how I wish I had obtained a more detailed quote before hiring South Central Electrical. Talk about "sticker shock". We had hired Brenton in the past and loved his work and price. This time we made the assumption the job would be about $250.00 and were a bit surprised when he quoted about $350.00 after the job was done. Then we got the bill for $495.00!!! We were amazed at what we considered an outrageous bill for the work completed."

"I chose South Central Electrical because of several reasons: I didn't just get an email/quote from the company, but Brenton Douglas, Manager of South Central Electrical, also rang up, to verify what I needed and check if I had any questions. I asked him to come over before I committed to the job as one of the ceilings concerned me. Brenton was happy to do that. When making an appointment for the job I found him to be very flexible. As he needed to do some extra work ( because the house is 30 years old), he kept me informed all the way and pointed out that there would be some extra charges for that. He ended up having to come over 3 times, his charges were very reasonable, he was always polite and accommodating. I would recommend Brenton to anyone and will contact him again when the need for electrical work arises."

"Brenton was easy to deal with, his communication was excellent. I chose him because he was prepared to come to the house to do a detailed quote and because he followed up with a phone call and was clear with his information. The job ended up costing more than I thought it would but that was because there were hidden problems to do with the changeover of appliances. He dealt with the problems with professionalism."
