"Good cleaning job."
"The quality of the service was less than expected. After providing a low initial quote and revising it upwards following having their own people examine the job, I had to spend a great deal of time wiping walls which obviously hadn't been touched and got lots of “fixups” from the leasing agent. There are persisting doubts on whether the premises were professionally steam cleaned as claimed and there is a refusal to provide the steam cleaners invoice. After all this the company tried to increase the quoted and agreed price by nearly a third as “there was more carpet
than they anticipated”. Avoid"
"Truly awful end of lease clean. Only one person turned up and then added 50% onto the quote or threatened to leave which I had to accept as it was the second to last day of the lease. Was promised additional cleaners - none turned up. Clean was to a very low standard and my wife and I spent 6 hours in the evening cleaning what had been missed. One word for this company.. Avoid! "
"Absolutely terrible service. Things that were included on the quote were not done, such as cobwebs, oven was not cleaned.
Cleaners were rude and then they would not return my calls when we were trying to get things rectified. The worst thing is they ask for the money up front so could leave you job done badly.
They sent someone else to do the clean who was very demanding then moaned that we could not leave them with gate access and they would have to use a pedestrian gate in our apartment block. Did not even clean inside the microwave then tried to blame me the tentant.
We lost our bond due to our landlord having to get another cleaner as these did such a poor job. Do not use!!!!!!!"

"Very unhappy with the service provided. Asked for an end of lease clean, plus specified a few additional items to be completed. House was left in a disgusting manner, owners asked if we'd even had cleaners around. Skirting boards, walls, Windows, oven - not cleaned (and these were specified in the request). When we found out the state the house was in, we were advised it was 'too little too late'. Would definitely NOT recommend their services. "

"Would definitely not recommend. Wasted a lot of my time. Unreliable and we have now lost some of our bond due as clean was no way near a proper end of pease clean. If you as for an end of lease clean they definitely do not for the bill. When contacted to advise that clean was not satisfactory, they offered to finish for an additional $200. Would not waste my time with them. Very unprofessional. I have never written a bad review before however do not want sometime to waste their time and money as we have."
"Job completed as agreed, but was rushed and not very meticulous to detail. The carpet cleaner's machine was from Noahs ark and I recon a more modern machine could have lifted some of the frequent wear and tear stains left behind after he was done. I am not an expert on this subject and if the inspection fails then I will have proven my case....otherwise the job was satisfactory."
