I am a university qualified Exercise Scientist (Personal Trainer) and an Accredited Practising Dietitian (Nutritionist).
My approach to exercise and health training is one of working within your fitness level and adjusting the levels so you gain fitness gradually. The training sessions are about working hard but doing what you like to better your health. They are not about running you in to the ground and stressing your body and your mind so you don't enjoy it. I pay particular attention to adjusting training intensities so that you get the results you are looking for, without the unnecessary burden of injury (which too many people fall prone to when starting an exercise regime).
I have an array of clients ranging from 24 year old females to a 55 year old male. I have experience in gyms, outdoors, rehab exercise therapy and private dietetics.
