"Seek Servicing were great, within minutes l started to receive emails from companies.We received a quote from Australia Wide Plastering Pty Ltd which was great and we accepted, we had arranged for them to come start the job the following Monday, my husband was home to explain to Shane the plasterer what was required which he said no worries and starting working away. Once my husband left for work the plasterer left our house with the work incomplete and said it was not a job for him. So they left us in the lurch even once l had emailed them and explained what was required, he didn't even have the courage to let my husband know in the morning but he waiting for him to leave and then he just left. I had called the company back asking why this has happened, I spoke with Lauren the company director, said she would call me back but never returned my call, even after trying to contact her 2 other times l never heard back from them at all.
