"Over charged me for a job that did nothing still not working have called back 4 times to ask why they charged me $360 still waiting for a reply so I wouldn't use them ever and when I called they said it would be $99 for the first 40 mins he was here for 20 mns "

"our call fee is $99 which includes travel to site and the first 30 mins. this does not include parts which we explain before we come to site. i am un aware of this job and we have a fully staffed office so im not sure how we could miss 4 calls"
