"There was confusion as to how he won this job, or how I was recommended to him. I was emailed that I could pay for the job on completion by Credit Card. But he said he doesn't take credit card payment. I had to part pay in cash, and then I found your site allows me to pay on a credit card, anyway. I would have been happier to do a card payment, also as better record of what the job costed. I would also have preferred a pre-move call out to see how we could save time and cost on the job. Andrew offered to employ an extra man of the job only the night before the move which was a total surprise, and there was not much detail in knowing how much it could have saved me, as a comparison. I thought the job could heave been better organised. As far as the move goes, I believe it was done carefully and there was no loss or breakages."
