1) Remove all floor and wall tiling
2) Remove exiting vanity and sink
3) Remove all internal fixed joinery and wall cabinets
4) Remove existing toilet fitting and shower
5) Remove existing door (entry door to bathroom)
6) Isolation of all plumbing and electrical services to facilitate the works
7) Prepare all exposed building substrates for future upgrade works (remove nails, flaky paint,
patch repair holes, remove all adhesives, grouts and residues)
8) Disposal of all redundant building fabric into skip bin.
9) Make good floor waste in existing toilet area. (now redundant)

Joinery and Carpentry Works
1) Design, supply, fabricate and install full height timber storage cupboard. Dimensions to be determined onsite. Location to left hand side of entry door, opposite entry to toilet, inbetween door frame and washing machine.
2) Design supply and install fixed vanity cupboard. Length TBC onsite measure. Vanity to include provisions for 2 x sinks and 1 x low level washer.
3) Stone benchtop to vanity.
4) Install new sliding door to shower area. Include for hardware and paint finish.
