How many jobs have you quoted on? 

Literally hundreds!

How many new customers have you won?
Seventy permanent jobs and quite a few one-off jobs.

Definitely! Service Seeking has helped us build our business to what it is today. If we have needed help, the friendly staff have always been quick to assist us.

What other types of marketing does your business do?
Leaflets, and we’re currently setting up a website.

How do they compare to ServiceSeeking.com.au?
The leaflets are pretty good. We have got quite a bit of business like that – but we get most of our work from Service Seeking and word of mouth.

Any tips for new businesses?
Set out an introduction that sells your business as the best. Research what other businesses like yours offer and try to incorporate something that no one else does. Including product offers and pricing.

Always be approachable to be able to talk to new clients, as face-to-face often brings a lot more customer confidence. Above all, be positive about who you are and what you offer. You are not just selling your business you are selling yourselves.
