We at OPM specialise in property maintenance and all work associated with cleaning a commercial or residential property completed or under construction. It is imperative that a site assessment is carried out to determine the most efficient and safest procedures are to be applied to give the best finish efficiently and effectively. We do not take OHS issues lightly, all jobs are assessed before commencement of any work and any possible problems notified to building managers or property owner immediately and forms to be signed off.
Brick and House Cleaning external
We have completed numerous jobs for home owners and builders all over Sydney both large and small with very good feedback.(references and photos available). We have also undertaken some work requested by builders, to correct badly cleaned acid brick cleans by other brick cleaners.
We noted the following:-
1) excessive acid was used or acid was used where not required
2) Vegetation and property from adjoining properties were damaged
by acid being sprayed without control due to lack of care or rushing
jobs resulting in legal and council complaints.
3) Bricks were stained and paint was removed from painted bricks.
We highly recommend builders ensure that brick cleaners test results first as different brick or mortar reacts differently
Property Maintenanace
We clean and maintain properties for various Estate agents and Strata Managers internal and external. We have received very positive feedback from these property managers. Our aim is to maintain and/or enhance property values by providing and recommending work which is necessary. Cutting short term rental costs at the expense of maintaining property values does not equate. The long term results pay off short term expenses in multiples. Hence we at OPM work on efficient and utilise the most safe and most efficient practises.
The end long term results are what we aim for...long term happy customers who do not want to waste their time on common sense matters.See more
