" Thanks Jon for fantastic assistance. cant speak highly enough of the bind that you got us out of .. I have no idea how your staff got the shower glass to sparkle like new. With my futile efforts of using multiple chemicals, I thought the soap scum had been permanently etched onto the glass and was amazed at how clean you got it.With $3k of bond to recover from a power hungry, difficult, over eager leasing agent wanting to claim as much bond as possible for the landlords property maintenance, I am extremely grateful that you did such a fantastic job and even stepped outside your cleaning scope to do a fantastic job of patching minor plasterboard dents $3k of bond recovered in full thank you Michael "
