"Saraya is extremely unreliable and untrustworthy. I told him the job needed to be done with urgency. He gave me a materials list and told me to get the materials, which I got immediately. After several attempts to get him to come, he continued to say he was busy with other work when he knew he took the job knowing it needed to be done asap, and that he is offering me a price that is “cheap as chips” So whats the point of offering your your quote if you can’t follow through? Total waste of time."
