"I cannot speak highly enough of Ahmed, our builder, who recently completed a challenging and lengthy build for us. From start to finish, Ahmed displayed excellent communication skills, always keeping us updated and informed throughout the entire process. It was evident that he valued open and honest communication, as he was always available to answer our queries and concerns, no matter what day or time it was.

One aspect that impressed us about Ahmed was his commitment to returning calls promptly. It is a frustrating experience when builders or contractors fail to respond in a timely manner, but Ahmed never allowed that to happen. His professionalism and thoroughness were exceptional, and we felt reassured knowing that he was always approachable and willing to provide frequent updates on the progress of the build.

One of the standout qualities of Ahmed is his ability to provide reassurance during times of high stress. Building a house can be an incredibly overwhelming experience, but Ahmed consistently offered support and understanding, his response to a panicked/ stressed/ frustrated client was always calm and reassuring, making sure we felt comfortable and confident throughout the process. When problems arose, he was quick to respond and tackle them head-on, displaying his extensive experience and knowledge in the field.

He took the time to explain each step of the building process, ensuring that we had a thorough understanding of what was happening. His attention to detail was exemplary, and we were impressed with the faultless standard of work he delivered.

Despite the challenges and obstacles we faced during our build, Ahmed's patience and calm demeanor never wavered. He listened to our needs and worked within our tight budget, making adjustments where necessary to achieve our perfect humble home next to the traditional n line. We are incredibly satisfied with the end result and have already recommended Ahmed's services to our friends and family.
