4. Service: the Quotation I will be making through SMS is a generic one. Please feel free to call me/ SMS me for a service customisation. Based on which, the rates will then be determined!

5. Pricing policy: We normally don’t choose to go by Hourly rate system. We are more concerned on how the service is delivered and how much our clients are paying at the end of day. We the quotation is made based on property size!

6. Rework Policy: If you are dissatisfied with the whole or part of our work, we would happily welcome you to call us for rework with justifiable proof. We will be happy to do it as we don’t want to provide our service for the sake of providing it!

7. Payment Policy: Pay on day of cleaning. An invoice will be issues if needed be!
