After months of planning this company assured a quality finish of 130 sq m. Both driveway and backyard. Despite multiple verbal confirmations from Sid that he and his full team would be present for the scheduled concrete truck arrival, only two members of his crew arrived.The two attending crew members did not speak a word of English, i was literally having to use google translate for basic communication regarding the pour. The Company also left it too late to secure a line pump and instead a last-minute boom pump had to be arranged. This pump setup presented a significant safety risk, as the boom line had to extend over the roof, creating a potential structural hazard. Repeated attempts to contact Sid regarding the whereabouts of the rest of his team went unanswered. With two concrete trucks waiting on the road, incurring costly standby fees, the decision was made to commence pouring the driveway section with the available staff. The owner of the boom pump was required to assist with the labor to proceed. Sid's continued failure to respond forced the cancellation of the second concrete truck delivery, resulting in a loss of $5,100 worth of wasted, unused concrete which was paid for by both my partner and I. The following day the acid wash performed by the Company's team was executed poorly, leaving a visibly blotchy and uneven surface finish. Sid & Jazz Concrete failed to return to perform the final and necessary steps of cutting and sealing the concrete. The backyard area remains untouched. Sid has continuously ignored all calls regarding the unfinished work, refusal to complete the contract, and the refund for the wasted materials. This company is an absolute joke, DO NOT LET THEM SCAM YOU LIKE THEY DID US. "
