A single review like this has the power to damage the livelihood of real people who put their heart into every clean.

For transparency, our team spent over 10 hours at your property completing a very extensive deep clean. This included:

A full kitchen restoration (which was in extremely greasy condition).

Deep cleaning of bathrooms that were in very poor condition.

All internal and external windows, plus sliding doors, cleaned.

External blinds washed.

18 downlights hand-wiped (even though we only charged for 12).

Wall cleaning throughout, along with numerous extra detail tasks.

All of this was clearly outlined in the checklist we provided before the clean, and we also hold full before-and-after photos and videos showing the work carried out to a professional standard. At the time of completion, you were satisfied and made payment in full. The only point raised afterward was furniture cleaning, which is not included in a deep clean unless discussed.

Despite this, we still offered to return free of charge to address any concerns — an offer that goes beyond what most cleaning companies would do.
