"Watch Out! I was under quoted and over invoiced! Quoted $2970 Invoiced $4500 And the job was left in terrible condition. The circuit breaker was not completed, there was no breaker and no cover on the box rather wires hanging out. An old power point was left on the skirting with wires hanging out. A ceiling fan was installed onto bathroom room mounted onto a thick piece of rubbish chip board. This guy was having more than a bad day. Don't recommend. Currently waiting for mediation at The Department of Fair Trading. Even though he knows this I am still receiving threatening letters of demand."

"To Whom it may concern, Firstly, the CTTT has forced this person to pay her outstanding debt. Secondly, this person has also said under oath and on record that the price I charged was the same as two other quotes which included additional works valued at $1500.00. Thirdly, the supposed ammendments to my works, are illegal and I have referred this matter on to the Electrical Board. The additional works were agreed upon to be based on an hourly rate. The efforts I went to to conceal the new cabling can not be underestimated. Rewiring an old unit using existing conduit comes with many challenges. Due to the proximity and size of the existing bathroom fan I was committed to covering the original hole. It wasn't ideal but It was the best option given the situation. This was an old Unit in Bondi, with deteriorating walls, corroded conduit, and I was forced to do major works on the premise whilst fully furnished. I persevered and overcome the many and various obstacles and got the job done with a professional finish. If there remains any doubt in your mind about the quality and competitive nature of my work then please read the feedback left by other clients I have done work for.
