We are a Building Design practice with proven expertise in modern and cutting-edge

reports including planning and BASIX. We take pride in looking after your entire
building process from the outset where the initial planning and briefing would
happen, through detailed design development, technical documentations to on-site
administration to completion. Thereafter we will go that extra mile to offer post

Our Approach
We at OPSS Design Building Workshop work collaboratively, by bringing together
owners, users and the professionals to share a wealth knowledge, to achieve great
results and enhanced solutions. We consistently seek creative opportunities within
projects we undertake.
After the initial meeting with the client and the brief, we deliver the concept design
and then proceed on to complete DA documentation through our team’s liaising with
the Local Council or Private Certifying Authority. We also undertake tendering on
client’s behalf and then liaise with the builders to see construction to completion.
