Can recommend supply of material. Can also get good prices on synthetic grass from Europe, not the cheap stuff from china that's supplied in Australia. Paving starts from 18$ a square meter plus 10% gst.
Great cash prices.
Charges for preparation and carting sand to paved areas will cost a base rate of 40$ an hour per labourer.
Screening levels and height I include in the meter rate, as well as cutting and finish filling in. My team are also experienced in sealing paving with a finishing coat and again this is at a basic rate of 40$ an hour.
I however don't supply the materials to seal the paving, example: cement, sand, clear coat based sealer ect, but I can at a cost but I usually refer people to buy what is needed to get the job done from bunnings. I'm currently based in Ellenbrook and work both north and south of the river, there's no extra cost involved as I've explained everything, If your still unsure call or message me for a free quote.

BWP Build & Landscape was founded by Ben Pine, a construction specialist with more than 15 years of trade experience both here in Australia and overseas.
After working abroad on large-scale civil projects as a carpenter, Ben returned to Western Australia. Since then, he has been working in the transportable housing industry for the last eight years.
The scope of his work experience includes building houses in Perth and installing them across Western Australia. Through his experience in both the civil and transportable industries, Ben has been able to fine-tune the installation process of transportable housing.
BWP offers a full turnkey option on the installation process, and because we keep all works in-house, we are able to complete jobs faster than subcontracting works.
Make no mistake, BWP is capable of full project management if required, and Ben has been involved in the management and installation of several commercial orders of housing including 35 houses for RIO in Karratha, 22 houses for BHP in South Hedland, 22 Houses for FMG in South Hedland, approximately 40 houses for the Department of Housing, and 60 private installations across the North West.
Aside from the transportable sector, BWP is capable of providing other services such as:
