I was adamant that good waterproofing was a must on my rebuild. I had dealt with a disastrous situation in the past and I wanted someone who was going to work to procedure! Moe was fantastic and I highly recommend him. He came when he said he would, no dramas, no fuss, no delays. He obviously knows his trade very well and is also a very skilled problem solver. Apart from the main job he was here to do, he also worked out in a few minutes what was wrong with a 20 yr leak on my front verandah that had defeated many others before him & caused a replacement ceiling & water dangerously above the main electricity meters on many occasions. Scary stuff. My plumber (who was also usually great & smart) tried 9 times to fix it – no success. Then I tried one of Sydney’s renowned roofing expert firms who also tried – no success, slightly improved & they suggested next time I’d need a new verandah roof itself! Moe immediately pointed out what was wrong & what needed doing and it was an easy fix. Once he pointed it out, he was so obviously right and I was shocked that no other tradie/expert had ever realised it. He really knows his stuff. Moe is great, very smart, honest, reliable and also a really nice young man with a great work ethic. A joy to have found in a world where lots of people don’t do a great job or care.
