We work on fixed priced fees so you can easily calculate our fee into your budget and avoid any nasty surprises at the end of the day. Other conveyancers may quote a cheap price and only provide a basic service and then charge you for things they consider to be "extra" services such as contract reviews, numerous phone calls and certain requests to be made to other parties. We do not believe you should only receive a part service and then have to pay extra for standard procedures. When you appoint us to act on your behalf, we provide you with a full service for the price you are quoted.

We can advise you on steps to take to ensure you receive your purchase property in great condition.
We are PEXA registered to enable your conveyancing transaction to take place electronically. You can keep up to date with the progress of your conveyancing transaction with the free SettleMe app.
We can act on your behalf for both residential sales and commercial sales. We offer express Section 32 Vendor Statements, meaning you and your estate agent will have contracts on hand within 24 hours to sell your property.
We are registered with PEXA meaning you can choose to have an electronic settlement. Electronic settlements mean there is no more waiting for cheques to be banked and cleared. Sale proceeds are automatically transferred as cleared funds at the time of settlement. There are also fewer manual processes so there is less risk of a delayed settlement.
We can act on your behalf for residential purchases, commercial purchases, buying off-the-plan and electronic settlements as we are registered with PEXA. We can review your contract prior to you signing so that you know exactly what it is you are buying. We can give you advice on what to do when inspecting a property to buy and also on what special conditions you can add to the contract to better protect you and you rights. We will prepare the relevant forms to ensure you receive the best possible discount on stamp duty that you are entitled to.

We can arrange for a title insurance policy to cover you against things like title fraud and illegal structures for the lifetime that you own the property. We do not charge you for this service, all you pay is the insurance fee.
