ADL Building Design + Drafting was founded in 2003 by the current principal Michelangelo Vitale and has been providing Architectural Drafting and Building Design Services for over 15 years. With an overall experience of over 26 years in the Architectural Drafting industry, our experience is your guarantee that we have your best intentions in mind. Our motto we operate by is that “we are not happy until you are happy“ with complete client satisfaction being our ultimate goal.
Previous experience include working in varied roles over the past 30 years including a design and drafting position with one of Sydney Largest project home builders. Other roles included working in a drafting and design capacity for varied architectural firms, with tasks including home and duplex / multi-unit design and drafting including building budget and construction detailing. Our experience base is the well of knowledge from which we draw upon to service our clients. We aim to keep up with the latest design trends and standards thru social media / design expo’s / home shows to ensure that your new development is in vogue with current market trends. Our work is co-linear and complemented with the association and partnership of a broad band of varied accredited / qualified consultants to complement every project to provide a complete drawing package to suit varied development statutory requirements.
Being an active member of the “Building Designers Association of Australia” (BDA) we draw on experiences and knowledge across the board of members to ensure that the level of service we offer is always at a premium level and current to all government legislative requirements.
Thru the use of computer aided drafting and other patented software we prepare all our drawings in both 2D and coloured 3D rendition for ease of viewing and understanding and work with our clients to help them envisage their project digitally to help in the understanding of the proposal within its local environment prior to undertaking any works on site.
Our service can be tailored to your needs, ranging from a basic design service ranging thru to a complete drawing package including DA – CC – CDC documentation service with council monitoring. We attend all required council meetings and engage all the necessary consultants to provide you with an approval leading you to construction. We can engage and arrange the necessary private certification lodgement and provision of all services to provide a “ready to build” drawing package. We work with you and to your needs, budget and specification and tailor a package to your specific needs.
