I am highly experienced in all aspects of General Plumbing Maintenance & Installations with over 7 Years in the trade. I provide a professional, transparent service meeting the needs of my customers on a case by case basis. My rates: Standard rate: $75/hr Call out (outside 5km only): $50 Jet drain cleaning: $250 up to 2 hrs, $100/hr after Material cost and GST additional. Advanced services: Acoustic/Electronic Leak Detection: $500 up to 2 hrs, $250/hr after. Electronic Service Location: $250/hr Please note these services are not typically required as general leak investigation identifies the majority of domestic plumbing leaks. This kind of leak detection is a measure to avoid causing large amounts of demolition in order to locate a leak. The equipment is very expensive to purchase and maintain/calibrate, hence the very high price tag. These services can be offered but are never a standard rate and will always be confirmed and pre arranged. Additional: --- I am experienced in dealing with Owners Corporation and Strata Management, this is often required for Owners whose properties reside under a OC/S Management system for access, authority and jurisdictions. --- Plumbing is not just my job, it's my passion.
