We are not like the larger companies that charge for every minute. Your time is rounded down to save our customers money. You only pay for the time you use and that time is rounded down! For example; If you hire us for 3 hours and the job takes 2 hours and 5 minutes then you will only be charged for 2 hours.
There are no hidden fees. Our point to location and return charge is rounded down also. For example; if your starting and finishing point is 25 minutes from Hobart CBD then you'll only be charged 15 minutes to get there and 15 minutes return.
BLOCK SPECIALS (set prices)
$220 - 4 hours with one person
$480 - 6 hours with two people
*block specials that go overtime are prorata'd for that extra time. For example; if you book a 4 hour block special fro $220 and the job takes 5 hours then the extra hour will be charged at $55. Though, when a block special is booked, the set price is the minium cost.
Dressed in uniforms with Identification. Have working with vulnerable peoples license and criminal history check.

Gary (Tanaporn's husband) runs the business, arranges the bookings, answers emails and phone calls, and is the handyman on offer.
We supply all of our own equipment, products and materials and everything needed to do a quality job.
We use coloured micro fibre clothes separated for each part of the clean. These are used once per clean and then washed.
This is up to you and depends on your lifestyle. Cleaning done on a regular basis either weekly or fortnightly will ensure your home or premises is in a healthy and happy state.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
We provide a systematic professional cleaning service, based on what is required and also meets your needs.
The size and present condition of your home or premises will determine the cost to professionally clean. Usage, children, pets, age of the property, internal layout (e.g. stairs, multi-levels, no. of bathrooms), and varying lifestyles/uses all influence what is needed.
End of lease/preparing for sale cleans are best booked 5 - 8 days ahead of time and cleaning commenced when the property is vacant.
Carpet cleaning: We use a preferred carpet cleaning contractor - should you require this.
For home cleaning expect to pay between $90 and $165 per clean (GST incl) dependent on what is involved.
Commercial cleaning to offices and professional suites is per quote. No contract is required.
Payment options are via bank transfer, cash or a credit/debit card.

HOW DO I START?
We first arrange an on-site visit/inspection to discuss and agree on what is to be done.
We make a time to start which works for you and how to arrange access, the frequency of the clean, and the fixed price for your clean and payment arrangements which suit you.
Once we are agreed this is then confirmed in writing.
