"I had to coordinate this with Gill Five Star through email and phone as I live interstate. They were very responsive to the communications, coordinated with our real estate agent for property access etc. and did a very professional job.
Even the real estate agent is impressed and now looking to use them on other jobs."

"They arrived an hour late on the day due to traffic, but let us know beforehand that they were running late, which is a plus. The cleaning job was generally good, but could have paid a bit more attention to detail. We got a full bond refund, but the real-estate did initially want them to come back and clean quite a few items (doors had not been wiped down properly, sills were still dusty, and one of the bathrooms needed a more thorough clean etc.). We managed to make a deal with the real-estate though which resulted in full bond refund anyway. Overall, friendly and efficient and would recommend - but perhaps needs to pay a bit more attention to detail (it should be mentioned our real-estate is fussy). "

" Fast and cheap. Need to pay a bit more attention to detail - e.g. marks on walls, kitchen sink, mopping not so great (but they fixed it when I showed them). Had to ask them to return to clean the shower again as it didn't pass the inspection but they did so willingly. Very friendly guys. "
