Being an active member of the “Building Designers Association of Australia” (BDA) we draw on experiences and knowledge across the board of members to ensure that the level of service we offer is always at a premium level and current to all government legislative requirements.
Thru the use of computer aided drafting and other patented software we prepare all our drawings in both 2D and coloured 3D rendition for ease of viewing and understanding and work with our clients to help them envisage their project digitally to help in the understanding of the proposal within its local environment prior to undertaking any works on site.
Our service can be tailored to your needs, ranging from a basic design service ranging thru to a complete drawing package including DA – CC – CDC documentation service with council monitoring. We attend all required council meetings and engage all the necessary consultants to provide you with an approval leading you to construction. We can engage and arrange the necessary private certification lodgement and provision of all services to provide a “ready to build” drawing package. We work with you and to your needs, budget and specification and tailor a package to your specific needs.
