Innovative equipment- We use top class equipment for our waterproofing services.
From small Inspection cameras that allow us to snake around walls and cavities to give us an intimate image of where moisture is coming in, coupled with our moisture meters and sensors to give us precise percentages of moisture retention, to our top class Thermal Imaging equipment to actually see what can't be seen.
Insurance and certifications- We maintain Public Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance along with:
- CM3 - an independent OHS auditor required by many clients to ensure our OHS systems are compliant.
- Worksafe High Risk Work Certifications - such as Heavy Plant and Working at Heights
We also work with many clients that we must maintain their pre-qualification standard to allow us to work on their sites.
Warranties- We are a serious, insured and qualified waterproofing company that has built trust with literally thousands of clients over our journey - a journey we want to continue. So we offer, in most cases, warranties on our workmanship and products of seven years or more (depending on membranes, supplier, etc)
Training- Along with on the job training, we send our applicators and managers to specific industry meetings and training sessions held by suppliers on their specific products. Increasingly, we look for applicators that hold the Certificate 3 in Construction Waterproofing qualification (as our Management team hold this qualification).
