It was my first time using serviceseeking. I got a few quick quotes that came through. I did not get a quick quote from Jeff instantly. I looked at everyone's reviews and decided that Jeff's reviews were by far the best. I rang Jeff and he explained that he would need to come out and look at the job and give me a quote. Jeff was going away for two weeks however i decided to wait till he got back to get a quote as his reviews in my opinion were that impressive! I am very glad that i was patient and did not just go ahead with a quick instant quote that popped up on the site. Jeff cut out a huge area of our ceiling (it had water and mold damage) and put in a new section. Jeff gave us a quote that was cheaper than the instant quotes. Jeff turned up early for the job and was so pleasant and friendly. He is highly skilled and experienced, as well as being very professional. On top of his talent and expertise he is a really nice, caring person who provides advice on other issues we had in our home. We were blown away by his hard working, honest work ethics. My husband is getting Jeff back to do jobs that we have always wanted to do around the home. I honestly think if you want someone who cares about people and doing a amazing job then wait for Jeff to come out and give you a quote. I give him a 10 out of 10. He cleaned up all the mess as well. Thank you Jeff for making this experience a good one for us. I am so thankful for all your efforts. I no longer have to look at a molded ceiling.
