PPH introduces new diamond grinding technologies to produce stunning polished concrete results without coatings. Thanks to innovative concrete hardening and diamond grinding developments, we are able to achieve an incredibly smooth, glass-like finish. GRIND AND SEAL
Grind and seal is an effective way to rejuvenate and renew your floor. It can also be a cost effective process in finishing a freshly laid concrete floor. This method has the advantage of being more affordable than polished concrete as the process is faster.
This process involves grinding the concrete, exposing the aggregate to the level required by the client and following this with the application of a topical sealer. You have the option of utilising an epoxy, polymer, water based or microcote coating to complete the process.
Our concrete coatings will enhance the natural colour of your concrete, and come in a variety of finishes, from matte to semi- or high-gloss options. Our grind and seal coatings are ideal for any indoor or outdoor applications, and work to enhance and preserve your concrete floorings.
EPOXY & POLYMER FLOORING
PPH are experienced providers in the preparation and application of protective epoxy coatings for concrete floors in industrial/ commercial complexes and residential homes. Epoxy coatings come in a wide selection of colours from which to choose.
As a two part liquid resin, it cures to become a highly durable, resilient surface that repels staining from oil, chemicals, heat and corrosion. Coated surfaces can be installed to a high gloss ultra smooth finish, to a low sheen non slip finish
Seal Hardeners penetrate into the concrete, leaving no coating on the surface that will wear, peel, chip or scratch. The average life of untreated concrete is 30 years. With the application of a sealer/hardener on a concrete floor becomes permanent, with no further treatment required. PPH offer advice and expertise on what product would best suit your project. We have a wide variety of products to choose from. With these will you obtain a quality finish and longevity of use from your floor.

PPH ‘s Concrete Curing Membranes form an impervious film to prevent excessive cement hydration, minimise shrinkage and increase the durability of the concrete surface. PPH specialises in the application of curing compounds.
The application of curing compounds is an integral process in the hardening of concrete surfaces and ensures the required structural MPA strength is achieved.
We offer a variety of topical compounds dependant on architectural specifications that meet AS 3799 standards
PPH also offers our clients a range of water based curing compounds which penetrate into the surface and chemically react to form an impervious water barrier. These compounds have excellent water retention capabilities, without forming a surface membrane.Show more
