Contract Administration- construction stage, we can be appointed as the Client’s superintendent to administer the contract and construction, assessing builder’s claims, progress and attend site queries.

This has a 72 hour turnaround.
We will provide a reasonable estimate of development / subdivision potential for the property with all applicable Policies and regulations from the Local Authority and State Government if applicable.

Development Application Approval
Organise feature contour surveys.
Submission of Development Applications of all nature to Local Authorities and the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority. The process from start until finish is undertaken by us.
Provide any drafting work required for the applications will be done in-house.
Conduct any required neighbour consultations carried out and provided to Local Authorities.
Consult neighbours and hold on-site meetings and mediation to achieve an amicable solution to any issues arising from development proposals.
Attend Council meetings and provide depositions on behalf of the clients.
Prepare Local Development Plans (LDP) as required at subdivision stage for clearances.
Prepare Structure Plans as required as part of a subdivision conditional approval or for rezoning areas for higher density.
Assessment of plans to confirm if development approval is required or not – Mainly suitable for small building companies whose main objective is to start construction ASAP.
Organise private building certification – Useful for small building companies.
Organise Bushfire Attach Level (BAL) Assessments, BAL Reports and Bushfire Management Plans by qualified Fire Management Experts.
We have access to a few building company’s sales reps to provide competitive designs and pricing and the Planning side of things will be dealt with by us.
Provide landscaping designs to comply with Local Government Requirements.
