OUT OF SQUARE
Out of Square is a Sydney-based building company specialising in high-end residential renovations, extensions and bespoke construction.
We work closely with homeowners, architects and designers to deliver considered, highly detailed homes where quality, functionality and craftsmanship are at the centre of every decision.
Our approach extends beyond construction. From early planning and design coordination through to procurement, construction and final handover, we take responsibility for managing the complete building process. This allows our clients to work with one experienced team throughout the project, with clear communication and careful coordination from beginning to end.
We believe exceptional homes are created through attention to detail, strong relationships and a genuine understanding of the design intent. Our team works alongside trusted trades, consultants and suppliers to ensure every element of the project is properly considered and executed to a high standard.
Transparency is equally important to us. We provide clear and realistic advice around budgets, programmes and construction requirements, keeping our clients informed throughout each stage of their project.
Whether transforming an existing home or undertaking a significant renovation or extension, our focus remains the same: to deliver beautifully resolved spaces, quality workmanship and a finished home that reflects the people who live in it.
