Exceptional design for modern living. Ten years, 400+ projects, one clear focus: great design.

■ WHO WE ARE
Established in 2016, NM Architecture is a Melbourne building design company that helps families create homes they love, in the suburbs, by the coast and on rural land across Victoria. We specialise in residential design, from extensions and new family homes to dual occupancy and multi-unit developments, and our team looks after the whole journey, from the first site assessment through to construction. We aim to make that journey enjoyable, so you can live and dream with confidence.
---------------------------------------
■ WHAT WE DO
We offer a full or tailored service to suit your project:
- Building design
- Planning and building permits
- Consultation, including pre-purchase and new development advice
- Land subdivision
- Interior design
- 3D visualisation and BIM
- Project management, including tendering and contract administration
.
Projects: extensions and alterations, renovations, heritage buildings, standard homes, custom homes, knockdown and rebuild, dual occupancy, duplex and multi-unit developments, townhouses, apartments, sustainable homes, shop fitouts and offices.
Our initial consultation and preliminary site assessment are free.

■ WHY CHOOSE US
Building or renovating is one of the biggest decisions you’ll make, and we treat it that way.
- Know where you stand before you commit. We start with a free consultation and preliminary site assessment, so you understand what your property can offer before you invest in design.
- See it before it’s built. Realistic 3D visualisations let you walk through your design and make decisions with confidence, long before construction starts.
- Clear fees, agreed upfront. Our fees are itemised, agreed before we begin and paid in stages. You can stop at the start of any stage.
- One team, start to finish. We guide you through design, council and building approvals, and construction, working alongside your builder and consultants every step of the way.
- Designed for you, never copied. Every design is shaped around your site, your family and your goals.
- A result we’re proud of. Our measure of success is simple: a family settled happily into a home we’ve designed.

Landscape architecture is an integral part of the design of one’s property and Justin can deliver creative, functional and attractive solutions.
Services offered are:
• Residential Landscape Design/Advice
• Commercial Landscape Design
• Planning Applications requiring Landscape Plans
• Children’s Kindergarten, School and Playspace / Playground Landscape Design/Advice
• Landscape Rehabilitation Design
These services include landscape presentation plans, planting plans, landscape construction plans, cost estimates, landscape specifications,
landscape masterplans and organisation of quotes for construction services.
Advice and designs are not limited to the above areas – Justin is keen to meet clients’ specific needs within required timeframes and budgets.
Should you require assistance with any of the above landscaping requirements, Justin would be pleased to hear from you to see how he may help.
Justin’s strong reputation and success have come from his belief that it is important to understand each individual client and his or her requirements. He believes in explaining the realities of every situation. He responds quickly and decisively to each challenge and his aim is to realize a successful outcome in every case.
Justin’s planning and design process is complemented by his wealth of creative talent and design flair, helping on one hand, to create new and innovative landscapes or on the other, to enhance tired ones. So, the textures and shapes of stone and other materials, sculpture and water features all blend with the softness of plant life.
The whole effect is a pleasing, workable and sustainable area that enhances the surrounding buildings. While he especially enjoys the challenge of a blank canvas, when only a simple design is required, Justin can provide a workable and an affordable design solution.
I am based in Victoria, but I will travel and work extensively throughout Melbourne, Regional Victoria and also New South Wales.
