Thank you for your interest in A2ZEE and for taking time to meet with me to discuss your commercial cleaning requirements for your facility.
A2ZEE focuses exclusively on customers that require quality cleaning services, and we have built our client base and reputation on that premise. A2ZEE’s branded processes, outstanding client services and the A2ZEE Guarantee have positioned us as the industry leader in client retention.
In our initial meeting, we identified the following areas of concern regarding your current cleaning program. A2ZEE will take special care to ensure these areas receive the highest priority:
• We will use only professional cleaning chemicals and supplies to clean.
• We only use well trained cleaners and there will be very little turn-over in that crew or
person.
• We will do regular follow up, and quality control phone calls or visits by our operations team.

FKS Cleaning Group is a family-run Melbourne cleaning business trusted by families since 1985.
We do not sell blocks of cleaning time.
We agree the job first, put the scope in writing and fix the price before we start.
That means you know what is included and what you are paying before the clean begins.
And if we underestimate the agreed work:
WE WEAR IT — NOT YOU.
Our services include regular home cleaning, spring and deep cleaning, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, and end-of-lease cleaning.
WE START. WE FINISH.
No vague hourly guessing. No surprise extras because our quote was wrong.
