We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest for the role of a bookkeeper with Fair Game.

This position is for a casual appointment of between 2-4 days per month to be varied as required by the organisation, commencing January 2020. Some additional work upfront may be required to process back transactions to ensure they correct in accordance with current regulatory requirements.
Key Accountabilities:
As a bookkeeper you will be responsible for the accurate and correct processing of routine accounting transactions within the SAGE ERP in order for Fair Game to be compliant with accounting standards and tax regulations.
In this role you will process:
• Reimbursements - coding correctly in SAGE
• BAS statement preparation
• Payroll processing and coding compliant with ATO One Touch reporting
• Superannuation processing and coding
• Processing salary sacrifice payments and adjustments and coding correctly in ERP
• Preparation of FBT returns
• Reports for the review and integrity of processed transactions
• Export and formatting of monthly P&L and Balance Sheet
• Preparation and distribution of donation receipts
Important competencies:
• Use of SAGE or similar ERP system
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships at all levels
• Excellent business acumen, planning capability and stakeholder management
• Ability to prioritise effectively and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Microsoft Office suite experience – Including strong knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook.
