Looking for an experienced tradesperson to repair an internal and external wall following the removal of an existing window/wall air conditioning unit.

Scope of works:

* External wall: Supply and install replacement cladding to close the opening left by the old air conditioner. Cladding must match the existing profile, style and colour as closely as possible, with a neat, professional finish.
* Weatherproofing: Ensure the external wall is properly sealed and weatherproof to prevent water ingress.
* Internal wall: Frame and support the opening as required, install new gyprock/plasterboard, set joints, sand and finish flush with the existing wall, ready for painting.
* Remove all waste materials and leave the area clean and tidy.

Important: Both internal and external repairs need to be completed as part of the same job. I do not want the external cladding or internal wall left unfinished.

The work needs to be coordinated with the installation of replacement split-system air conditioners.
