We want to put a pergola.
We need to have the area concrete slab.
We need the grass removed.
Road base poured and compacted prior.
The slab should be below the garage and sliding door.
We need a small slope to the fence for water not to pool.
We prefer local traders in central coast so tradies in Sydney please don't quote.
The garage has two roller doors and it's paved in front of garage.
Flat land.
